2 cups brown sugar
2 TB butter
3/4 cup milk
2/3 cup chopped walnuts
-Combine sugar, milk and butter, and heat until sugar is dissolved (until a little dropped in cold water forms a soft ball - 238 degree F).
-Remove from heat, cool to lukewarm, and beat mixture until it holds shape.
-Stir in walnuts and turn into greased pan/tray.
-Cut into squares when firm.
