Happy Friday. On this blog, weekends make us think of desserts!Lemon Cake Pie
1 cup sugar
1 TB butter
2 TB flour
1 cup milk
1 lemon, juice and rind
2 egg whites
- Blend together sugar and butter.
- Stir in the well beaten yolks...
