Lemon Cake Pie

Happy Friday. On this blog, weekends make us think of desserts!

Lemon Cake Pie

1 cup sugar
1 TB butter
2 TB flour
1 cup milk
1 lemon, juice and rind
2 egg whites

- Blend together sugar and butter.
- Stir in the well beaten yolks...

  1. Okay - we visited Grammy over the weekend, and I saw that there was a backside to this card that hadn't gotten scanned. Basically, mix the above ingredients and put into a pre-made pie crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, and then lower the heat to 350 for 30-40 minutes. Ta-da!
