Prize Biscuits

There's a note on the bottom of this recipe card:

"For drop biscuits increase milk to 1 cup"

Prize Biscuits

2 cups flour

4 tsp baking powder

2 tsp sugar

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp cream of tartar

1/2 cup butter

2/3 cup milk

-Mix all of the above, and bake? (likely at 425 for, dunno, 12 minutes?)
