
We're a few days away from the Superbowl (Go Pats!), and this was as close as I could find in the recipe box to Superbowl food. If you serve this, it will probably be the healthiest thing on the table. Enjoy!
Edna's Spinach Dip
1 pkg chopped spinach - drained
1 pt sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise, "Hellmann's"
1 pkg Knorrs vegetable soup
-Mix, and refrigerate for 3 hours.
-Serve with carrot sticks, cauliflower, celery sticks, tortilla chips.
