What's better than 8 minute abs??Seven Minute Frosting
2 egg whites
1 1/2 cups sugar
"Few grains salt"
1/4 ts cream of tartar
1/3 cup water
1 ts vanilla extract
-Combine the egg whites, sugar, salt , cream of tartar and water, and place over boiling water
-Beat with beater for 7 minutes, until frosting holds shape.
-Mix in vanilla extract
