Wilted Lettuce

Another dish that sounds healthy... until you check the ingredients!

Wilted Lettuce

4 slices bacon, cooked and cubed
onion, sliced

2 TB flour, browned in bacon fat.
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt

Cut leaf lettuce in large dish.
Mix in cubed 4 slices of bacon and sliced onion.
Pour sauce over.
