Quiche Lorraine

Everyone's grandmother seems to have a variation of this recipe. Here's Grammy Gertie's:

Quiche Lorraine

1 9"pie crust
2 pieces bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 spanish onion, diced and sauteed
1 1/2 cup grated American cheese
3/4 cup Romano cheese
2 eggs
1 1/2 cans evaporated milk
dash of cinnamon

-Mix all of the above ingredients and pour into pie crust.
-Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes until set.
