Triple Citrus Cheesecake

Happy Friday! Have some cheesecake over the weekend!

Triple Citrus Cheesecake
4 pkg cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
2 TB flour
1 tsp vanilla
1 TB each lemon juice, lime juice, orange juice
1 tsp each lemon zest, lime zest, orange zest
4 eggs
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter

-Mix graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar and butter.
-Press mixture into 9" springform pan to form crust.
-Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes.
-Mix cream cheese, sugar, flour and vanilla until well blended.
-Blend in juices, zest. Add eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed.
-Pour over crust.
-Bake at 325 for 1 hour. Remove from springform pan. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
