Lemon Bars (Kit's)

This recipe came from my Aunt Kit.

If any of the Hoags happen to have this recipe, I'm not entirely able to read how much powdered sugar goes into it... I'm guessing based on other recipes. Email me if you know?

"Lemon Bars (Kit's)

2 cup flour

1 cup butter

1/2 cup powdered sugar

- Mix ingredients well and pack into 9x13 pan

-Bake for 20 min at 350 degrees

4 eggs

2 cups sugar

pinch of salt

6 TB lemon juice

-Mix above with wire whisk, then fold in:

4 TB flour

1 tsp baking soda

-Pour topping on crust

-Bake for an additional 25 min at 350 degrees.

-Dust with confectionary sugar.
