Apricot Bread

Apricot Bread

1 cup dried apricots, chopped
1 cup boiling water
-mix the above, let stand for 15 minutes.

2 eggs
1 1/2 cup sugar
4 TB butter
-cream these three ingredients together, then mix in

3 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 cup nuts, chopped

-Mix everything together, apricots, creamed eggs, and flour mix.
-Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hr 15 minutes.
