We've had a bit of a snow delay between postings, but we're still here!Butter Frosting for 8"x8" cake
1/4 cup butter or oleo
1 egg white
1 3/4 cup confectionary sugar
1 TB vanilla
-Beat together the butter and egg white (and 2 or 3 TB of the sugar).
-Gradually add the rest of the sugar and beat until light and fluffy.
-Add vanilla, stir.
